Both courses start every Monday 9am. Students that wish to stay in our accommodation can come on any day before the course starts. Just let us know date and time of arrival and we can pick you up from Thong Sala pier.

THE BASIC ELEMENTS COURSE
A Unique 5 Day Course/ or Retreat,
In each consultation we will work through the manual provided, which will help you to continue a daily realistic practice and put it into your life.
Day 1: The 8 limbs of yoga, Diet, Ayurvedic
Day 2: Philosophy
Day 3: Alexander technique and Asana alignment, Posture
Day 4: Create and plan your own practice.
Day 5: Show me your prepared plan.
Also covered in this course is Basic understanding of Prana yama breathing techniques, Meditation and Mantra.

CHAKRA HEALING COURSE
In each consultation we work through the manual provided.
Start with the Basic Elements of yoga and then continue on another 5 or 7 days and experience the transformational power of:
Day 5: Chakra Meditation Therapy, Aromatherapy.
Day 6: Reiki and Crystal Healing Treatment
Day 7: Color, sound and nature therapy
Day 8: Introduction to Mudras and Bandhas – seals of energy
Day 9: Add your Chakra knowledge to your prepared plan,
Day 10: Show me your prepared plan
Continue with:
Day 11: Dance and Movement Therapy
Day 12: Further Mudra, Bandha, Pranayama
Day 13 and 14: Any healing techniques, which you wish to repeat

The Yoga Retreats Restaurant offers a healthy veggie and non-veggie menu.
Lunch and evening Meal at the Retreat is optional.
