If you choose a course without accommodation or a Yoga Retreat Session Pass there are many resorts to choose from at Haad Salad beach. Please make your own booking with the resort of your choice - you can use a reputable online booking agent such as www.phangan.info. We recommend Haad Salad Villa, My Way Bungalows, Cookies, or Salad beach resort.

 

All packages with accommodation include breakfast. 

Basic elements 6 day yoga retreat

6 days of intense yoga practice. This unique course covers the basic elements of yoga, including the eight limbs of yoga, philosophy, postures and alignment.

Retreat students should plan to arrive on any Sunday leaving the following Saturday 

  • Option A - 11 yoga classes - Yoga twice a day : Morning Ashtanga & Afternoon Hatha +  Lectures

        or

  • Option B - 6 Ashtanga yoga classes - Yoga once a day + Lectures + Pranayama OR Meditation course (alternates weekly so depends on date of arrive)

Chakra healing 10 day yoga retreat

Builds upon the 6 day basic elements and introduces self discovery and self healing, through the exploration of your main seven inner energy centers (Chakras).

These simple yet powerful techniques are for all abilities and designed to heal on all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. You will learn ways to invigorate your practice and basic skills for cleansing, energizing and balancing your energy centers.

Arriving on any Sunday, begins Monday of any week and runs through to the following Wednesday:

30 days Ashtanga + 3 day Detox

Four weeks to immerse yourself in the real world of Traditional Mysore Ashtanga from India. Learn, understand and apply the theory behind the 8 limbs of yoga and set the foundations for a lifelong journey of discovery.

During the first week you will set the pace, the rhythm and cleanse your body with a three day detox. Your asana practice takes place every morning; learn the theory and most of the philosophy you will develop in the following weeks. On the second week we add Pranayama into the mix, a variety of breathing techniques to invigorate the body, relax it, heal it. Breathing is one of the mayor components that make Ashtanga, and yoga as a whole, incredibly powerful. Apply Pranayama during the third week (and the rest of your life) and learn to meditate: a five day course to help you live from within. The fourth week is about integrating all of these elements into your practice. Meditate before sunrise and sunset and practice your Pranayama after your practice. Now: you've learned it, you've lived it, you know it: embrace it and live your life fully.
