Yoga classes at the retreat are a combination of familiar postures (asana), as well as more challenging poses, with adjustments and variations given to students. Emphasis is always placed on the breath, which brings awareness to the body and mind simultaneously. The result is that the body becomes energized, the mind becomes centered, and awareness is increased. The aim is to increase vitality at the same time as promoting a sense of well-being.

7.30-9am Ashtanga Mysore style - (Beginners must start every Monday)
10-11am Philosophy and chanting
11-12 Pranayama breathing / Meditation
4-5.30pm Hatha flow
9-10.30am led guided Ashtanga Primary Series / 4 - 5.30pm Yin yoga
9-10.30am Vinyasa flow / 4-5.30pm Yin Yoga
