Ashtanga Yoga retreats

Our unique courses from 6 to 30 days of intense practice covers the basic elements of yoga, including the eight limbs, philosophy, postures and alignment. Chanting Shanti mantras, yoga sutras and Bhagavad Gita with Lisa Olgetree Authorized level 2 full intermediate.

30 days Ashtanga yoga

Four weeks to immerse yourself in the real world of Traditional Mysore Ashtanga as taught by K Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute, India.

Learn, understand and apply the theory behind the 8 limbs of yoga, and chanting, set the foundations for a lifelong journey of discovery.

Your asana practice takes place every morning; learn the theory philosophy of how to put yoga into your life. Chanting Shanti mantras, yoga sutras and Bhagavad Gita.  On the second week we add Pranayama and meditation into the mix, a variety of breathing techniques to invigorate the body, relax it, heal it. Breathing is one of the mayor components that make Ashtanga, and yoga as a whole, incredibly powerful. Apply Pranayama and meditation during the third week (and the rest of your life) and learn to meditate: a five day course to help you live from within. The fourth week is about integrating all of these elements into your practice. Meditate before sunrise and sunset and practice your Pranayama after your practice. Now: you've learned it, you've lived it, you know it: embrace it and live your life fully.

You can arrive for the 30 day yoga retreat on any Friday.
