Yoga classes at the retreat are a combination of familiar postures (asana), as well as more challenging poses, with adjustments and variations given to students. Emphasis is always placed on the breath, which brings awareness to the body and mind simultaneously. The result is that the body becomes energized, the mind becomes centered, and awareness is increased. The aim is to increase vitality at the same time as promoting a sense of well-being.

7.30-9am Ashtanga Mysore style - all levels welcome (Beginners Intro course starts every Monday)
11-12 Pranayama breathing course or Meditation course (alternating every other week)
4-5.30pm Hatha yoga everyday all levels welcome
Saturday and Sunday
8.30-10am led guided counted Ashtanga Primary Series - all levels welcome
4-5.30pm Hatha flow everyday all levels welcome
