Hatha flow classes 4-5.30pm Monday to Friday
A softer, more restorative form of yoga, Hatha Yoga aims to bring both sides of the body into balance. Translated from the Indian Sanskrit 'Ha' means sun and 'tha' means moon this refers to the balance of male/female, day/night, positive/negative, Yin and Yang. Hatha Yoga works through the mastering of body positions (Asana's) and breathing techniques (Pranayama,) it promotes vibrant health and taps into the body's energy chakras. Practice creates a love within and increases the desire to practice. Yoga gives the practitioner a tool to work with in daily life.
