HATHA YOGA

Translated from the Indian Sanskrit 'Ha' means sun and 'tha' means moon this refers to the balance of male/female, day/night, positive/negative, Yin and Yang. The primary objective is to balance the left and right currents in the body. When this concept is applied we bring the two sides of the body into a state of balance. Hatha Yoga works through the mastering of body positions (Asana's) and breathing techniques (Pranayama,) it promotes vibrant health and taps into the body's energy charkas. Practice creates a love within and increases the desire to practice. Yoga gives the practitioner a tool to work with in daily life.

Experience it yourself and know the truth.
